Responsibilities:
Develop, lead and motivate cost controlling team to achieve optimal performance
Assure that for all tasks Bosch guidelines are followed
Coordinate the business plan and the quarterly forecast activities
Communicate with all departments to develop and finalize the business plan and quarterly forecast and follow up the execution
Calculate the profitability of new and existing products and of investments
Coordinate the calculation with all relevant departments to deliver accurate calculations
Streamline cost controlling process
Be actively involved in cost reduction projects to support achieving company's targets
Support month end and year end closing activities
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in finance or accounting
Fluent in spoken and written English
Very good leadership and communication skills
At least 3 years experience in financial management position within a multinational company, automotive products experience is preferred
Solid finance/accounting knowledge, good understanding of business processes; Proficiency in MS office and ERP system, SAP CO practice is a plus
