As a human being, everyone has his or her weakness. After years of work I’ve found that I am too honest and frank in dealing with people.

When my chief and colleagues ask me, whom they consider the most learned man in the company, for suggestions I’m too straightforward in expressing my opinions.
Once when having business dealings with an overseas organization I mistrusted a senior businessman, who seemed friendly and reliable. Though there was no direct financial loss, the payment was delayed for a long time. I concentrated so much on this problem that wasted some precious time to do business with others.

During work and in daily life, I frequently strive for perfection. I try my best in doing  things and making them perfect; however in a few cases, I have been disappointed.

What about you?

Sometimes I also pursue perfection in life, but only in some things, not all.

You may know various people in the society. Some of them are kindhearted and some aren't.
So in order to protect ourselves, we have to treat them in the different ways.

You are honest and frank, which are sterling qualities for a person. It is possible to let most people like you rather than all. Nowadays, the society is very complicated. "A fall into the pit, a gain in your wit." You should learn from your experience in work. How to adopt correct attitude to face with our life and work is just what we gradually understand during constant accumulation.  

Don't disbelieve yourself. Striving for perfection can drive you to improve yourself. But it is more important to keep an ordinary mind, isn't it?  [s:4]

Nobody is perfect, even prophet. Try to strengthen yourself, then your weakness becomes unregarded by others.
