Key Responsilibilities:
1. Strategy-making of country club development；
2. Daily operation management of country club (Health Club，F&B，SPA, Events/Conference etc.）；
4. Be responsible for country club marketing and development；
5. To develop and maintain membership, set up and improve communication channel;
6. Pricing and marketing positioning based on market investigation；
7. Coordinating with local government and relevant business units and media；
8. HR and Budgeting；
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above;
Proficiency both in English and Mandarin;
5+ years working experience of hotel management or related business;
Hong Kong or Macao passport holders or foreigners are preferred;
Strategy-making, leadership, innovative spirits, marketing skills are all required;
Rich social network.
